Our Equipment

1 x W35XRi machine. This machine is painted in Breast Cancer Pink and all profits from this machine go to The Breast Cancer Network of Australia. It is available in both 350mm and 500mm fine mill configuration or 350mm and 500mm standard 15mm cutting configuration.

3 x Wirtgen W100CF 1 metre machines. These are the latest technology 1 metre profilers on the market and their performance is second to none. These machines are high horsepower with a cutting capacity of 1 metre wide by 330mm deep in a single pass should it be required.

1 x Wirtgen W100F 1 metre machine. Accurate were the first to receive one of these latest technology, high horsepower 1 metre beasts. These machines need to be seen in action to truly appreciate the latest offering from the Wirtgen brand. Customers and operators alike absolutely love this machine.

2 x Wirtgen W200 2 metre machines. These machines are the perfect fit for day to day milling requirements. Cutting capacity of 2 metres wide and 330mm deep in a single pass and 600hp.

1 x Wirtgen W200F 2 meter machine. To compliment our growing fleet, this 2 metre cut machine offers a lot of the features of its big brother the W210Fi however is lighter on its feet and a little lower horsepower making it ideal for those jobs where sub base may not be ideal and the risk of a heavier machine sinking can be avoided.

2 x Wirtgen W210XP 2 metre machine. These are high horsepower machines, 777hp, with high productivity outputs. They also have 2metre wide by 330mm depth cutting capacity.

Other Machines

1 x Wirtgen W200Hi 2.1 metre Hydraulic drum drive side shifting machine. Accurate Road Profiling Services is the only profiling company in Queensland to have one of these machines.

The hydraulically driven drum means no belt box on the left side of the machine thus allowing the machine to get close to barriers, guardrails and other road furnishings whilst cutting in the same direction of travel of traffic. Its ability to also hydraulically side shift the entire 2.1metre cut drum and housing 600mm either way left or right allows the machine to be utilised on streets where overhanging trees or awnings may be an issue and also cut on shoulders where stability may be an issue.

2 x Wirtgen W210Fi 2 metre machine. This is the latest offering from Wirtgen in the 2 metre class milling machines and utilises the latest technology including Mill assist, 2 speed gearbox, WPT being Wirtgen Performance Tracking, Variable water jet system plus more. All Accurate Road Profiling Services 2 metre machines being quite young have been able to be fitted with WPT. The machine has 2 metre wide by 330mm cutting capacity and has 767hp.

Upgraded Machines

All Accurate Road Profiling Services machines have added dust suppression systems on conveyors which helps to control dust on site. Accurate also have Nata certified dust test results to show the benefits of this system.

The Accurate Road Profiling Services fleet of Wirtgen profilers are serviced and maintained by Wirtgen Australia at their Yatala depot. By having Wirtgen service and maintain our fleet we can be assured that the equipment is at its peak performance at all times and ensures breakdowns of machinery are kept to an absolute minimum. All equipment also run Wirtgen Witos systems to allow live full time monitoring to ensure servicing is kept up to date and also any issues that possibly start to develop are quickly diagnosed and sorted.

The Accurate fleet being as young as it is, we have chosen to upgrade our machines with the fitment of WPT with the following in mind:

Tracking of pavement treatments with reports being able to be sent to customers.
Improved knowledge of truck loading volumes.
Up to date information on milled areas for those on site to cross check against manual measuring.

As part of keeping up to date with this latest equipment, ARPS chose to put all of their operators through extra training offered by Wirtgen and the delivery of this training by Brett Ferris and Shaun Howe of Wirtgen’s Brisbane branch was outstanding.

The guys thoroughly enjoyed it and the ongoing support and on the job training around WPT has been invaluable.
